This gel is a metallic base. It has added ingredients so that liquid food colour can be added to the gel without the gel becoming too runny & not working anymore. Universal Magic is available in: Original Magic, Liquid Magic, Drippy Magic & Royal Magic.

To mix Universal Magic just take the desired amount of gel colour, put into a small bowl, add the amount of colour you think you will need & mix with a spoon. Then you can use as per normal.

Mix your powder food colour with your cake decorators alcohol to create a paste. Once mixed slowly add this to your Universal Magic to get the desired colour you want. For strong colours I always use powder.
